Pattern clutch lever - wont start

Hi
I dropped my bike last week on its side and snapped the clutch lever. Luckily no other damage thanks to crash protectors!
However got the pattern lever off the bay, fitted it. Started fine. Adjusted it. This morning it wouldnt start on the setting. Adjusted it to the widest setting and its fine!

Is this switch adjustable (2000 model)? might otherwise have to drop a small washer inside the 'shoe' that the plunger goes into on the lever.

Moin moin,

the switch is not adjustable.
You need to hear the "click" when pulling the lever, otherwise the motor will not start.
Try with a washer or whatever ???

Btw. same story with the brake lever.... your brake light will shine even if you don't pull the lever.

From my point of view: For garbage you should use the garbage can!
