FI light on after fuel tank replacement.

Hey all; I am in the process of putting my Busa back together and have run into a problem. I replaced the fuel tank which of course included transferring the fuel pump, I made sure all hoses and connectors were attached to their correct place. The bike starts and runs fine but it literally takes over a minute for the fuel to register on the fuel gauge, it will go to the top when i turn the key on like normal and then it will touch the bottom but will not register right away. After about a minute or so the needle will move up but the FI light will activate too.

There are no leaks and even when the FI light is on the bike still idles strong and responds when I twist the throttle, any ideas what I may have messed up?! Thanks!

Can you get the code when in dealer mode?
