Blow Fuse

What would make a fuse blow? went to lunch with the wife came out to start the bike and now power, the gages had no juice, took the bike by a bike the shop and a blown fuse was the problem. Any ideas, mods are hid's, led's and pc3.

Meant to say blown fuse, can a admin fix it please!

Is the wiring spliced anywhere. I'd start there if so. Maybe some members with hids could chime in but I kinda doubt they are the problem since most are plug and play.

The only thing spliced are the led's, everything else is plug and play, I unplugged them to be safe!
