clicking when letting clutch out

I have an 03 busa and when i let the clutch out it makes a clicking noise. it only does it sometimes. only 6500 miles on motor, the noise comes from the left side . (chain side) any ideas..

Clean and lube your chain

Sounds like a frozen link. Check it out. Probably time for a chain and sprockets. 6.5K on just the motor or the bike ? Like said clean and lube. Chain Wax is the best........

Yep clean and lube the chain. While your at it , may need to clean inside the front sprocket cover and the front sprocket too.
