funny tranny sound

When bikes on rear stand, rolling rear wheel motor off, tranny in N. Tranny makes sounds like a verry bad chain sounds like when it needs to be replaced. Bike has new rear sprocket and chain, bike has 28,000 mi on it. Bike rides fine, I use Mobile 1 fully sin cycle oil. whats with the sound?

Mine makes a little bit of noise too. Mine is really noisy in neutral with the clutch out, too. I don't know if it's the clutch or just lots of lash in the trans.

I think the cush drive is blown out on mine, there's a bit of play in the rear wheel.

It has a new rear sprocket but what about the front one? What does it look like?
