99 Busa hesitation

I have a problem on my 99 Busa with a bad hesitation below 4500 rpm's. It almost sounds like you are on a 2 step until 4500 and after that it's good the rest of the way. I've checked the plugs, synced the t/bodys, checked the fuel screen, and drained the old gas. Nothing changed it at all. What else do I need to do?

No alarm. It's been sitting for almost a year and just started doing this. It's always jerked a little at lower rpm's with the cams it has but this is much worse. The only change since last year is a Power Commander but I disconnected it and it didn't change.

go buy can of sea foam pour it in fill tank and take long ride see if it cleans up as you ride only way to tell...

I would if it was a street bike, but it only gets about 2 gal. of gas to about 12 passes.

if race gas was left in it,send injectors out for cleaning and put in new fresh plugs.

So has my -99 gone in 10 years, there is probably nothing to do, have tried everything

Had the exact same problem on my 99, it was driving me crazy for months. The problem was a twisted and collapsed fuel line just off the tank...
