OK so here is the deal. Put the rebuilt motor in the bike with brand new OEM clutches. My setup on the clutch is pretty much stock except 3 stock springs and 3 heavy duty springs. Oh an I have the clutch support. Yes this is the Turbo bike.
Has about 4 or 5 so so passes with new motor gremlins. Thought the tire was breaking loose. Finally took the clutch cover off at the track on Sunday and found the most inner fiber on one side was completely gone. Like down to the metal no fibers what so ever. What caused this? Should I go with more spring? Who has seen this and what rectified the problem?
