POWER COMMANDER III?? Downside?

Hi,

I have a 2000 with a 4-1 titanium Akropovik, & K & N filter.


What are the pro'c & con's of adding the Power Commander?

(besides the cost)

it will let you use your exhaust to its fullest potential, and not to mention fix any a/f ratios that need to be fixed due to the more air flow of the full exhaust and air filter.
imo there is no point in getting a full system with out a pc3 either usb or r version.
i dont know of any cons besides cost obviusly.
