Couple questions, how the heck do you get a torque wrench down there to tork the lower triples?
How tight is 16 Ft./lbs by hand?

Can't tell you how tight 16lbs is on the web. You got to get a torque wrench. You should be able to reach the bolts by taking the front fairing bottom black plastic piece off.( under the headlight)

Many bad words and a wrench. But I found it's easier when I had the bike on front and rear stands. Good luck

hmmm ... find a .." Snap-On® or MatCo® dealer < truck > ... they will have dogbones ... they are x-tension wrenches ..bout 2 to 2.5 long that go onto ..3/8 drv. ratchets they come in 3/8's to 3/4 sizes .. and In Metric ..which ..in this case shall be need'd ..
