Opinion: $425 good for RS-3 slip-ons for 2008

I can pick up some brand new RS-3 slip ons for my 08. Looks like they are $560 around the internet. $425 a good deal for RS-3? Or are they not really worth it (AKA go with the R-77)

I have the r-77 full ehaust and like it but it will cost you twice as much. that dont sound like a bad deal for the slip on's.

Maybe I buy the RS-3 for the sound and slight HP gains and sell them later to buy R-77's.

Are the cats for a 08 in the lower header or the cans?
