Phase 3 Day 1

Posted 03-10-2009 at 08:14 AM by Dino
The fasting is behind me and this morning when I got dressed I noticed my pants were not as tight as they had been last week. To me that is motivation to keep going. I feel good like I said before I can't really explain it but healthy might be the right word, lighter and energetic work to but if there was one word the could encompass all three that would be it.

Phase 3 is three days long and consists of vitamins, herbs and probiotoics to replace anything that might have been lost.

OK...so I am doing this "Cleanse" also. I was miserable with no liquid nourishment or food. I honestly didn't feel like it did anything major for me.

Well, I just got back from the gym...I ran my best mile to date and I lost 10 lbs. So I don't know what it did, perhaps remove all the toxins, but I feel awesome right now!!!

Interesting... This is a motivating topic. I've seen the product that helps you shed the hardened lining in your digestive tract. Claims to cut 15lbs or more but I haven't been in a place where I thought I could comfortably complete the program.
