The Colon Cleanse

Ok so on Friday the 27th I started my 14 day Colon cleanse. I am sure many of you will think this is somewhat gross, as did I at first, but after talking with a few people who have done it I decided to give it a try. Everyone I spoke to had good things to say. So I figured some may be curious but, because it is a typically gross topic, may not want to ask or talk about it.
