I'm planning on riding my Busa from Southern California to the Bash.....

Been doing alot of reading from well experienced tourers who do this type of mileage often.....

I had some moderate injuries this past Fall which halted my work-outs......

Today was the first day that I felt "on my game" again.

Ran 6.75 miles, and 12:00 on the elliptical for a combined caloric burn of 1000. Then did a quick light shoulder workout.

If only I could feel this good everyday! Musta been that breakfast burrito
