I would move the turn signals up level with the tail light. Then mount the plate above the rear reflector. Cut off the stub left below the reflector.

If the exhaust bugs you, Two Brothers makes a nice set of cans for that bike.

I'd get rid of the Ohio license plate holder to start with - other then that I think I looks great. I've always liked big "rear ends"... Eye of the beholder "ya know".
