I just went thru a plant in Winnipeg that uses RTM light and open mold layup to make parts for the largest Bus manufacturer in Canada....

If you are looking for small quantities, I might recommend Fibre Glast Developments Corp. | Fiberglass & Composite Materials

I'm prototyping a one piece undertail chain guard.
I have the nose completely appart and am going to prepare it for moulding.
I was goingto make my own tail conversion to incorporate the signals, brake and licence plate into one unit and have all lighting out of led.
Anyone want a new inner trunk that gives you maximum room for storage?
Of course all of these units would be availible in both carbon fiber and fiberglass.

Does anyone have any requests?

Good idea. I think I may may 2 Version, a one piece and a two piece.

Have u made anything yet? Any plans to make the ram air covers on top of the fairings? Most of the ones I find are pricey.

I'd like to see a front fender that went lower on the back side - side closest to the engine.

Ran over some new loose roadwork and it got all over my oil cooler and radiator.
So I would like one about as low as the bottom of the oil cooler.
