passenger backrest

hi, i am wondering if anyone has either heard of modding their rear seat to have a moderate backrest attached to it, or if there is any aftermarket seat attachments that are not in the 1000 dollar neighborhood. i think corbin makes something... but! $$$$$$

i still want to run my solo cowl unless i wanna give my girlfriend a ride, and then i am looking to let her relax while we cruise.

any thoughts?

I have seen a couple bikes on here that have had a backrest attached to the grab bar. Doesn't look anywhere as nice as the Corbin but then again, the Corbin passenger seat with backrest will run you about $400+ I've been interested in the same and searching for passenger backrest threads is how I saw the modded grab bars, many of which have nice pics to go alongside their custom work.
