To me whether something is exploitive is a difficult subject. It boils down to a matter of opinion. Personally, I don't think that it is exploiting women, but understand that some people feel otherwise.
I resolve it in my own mind by stating that it is a free country and if the "subject" freely elects to participate, and possibly be exploited, who an I to say that she (or he) shouldn't?
