 Like others have said, you can get killed on a 600 just like the 1300 it all depends on your mind and right wrist. If you respect the machine and feel comfortable with the weight then no problem. This was my first streetbike and I'm glad it was. I've only had one problem since I started riding a couple of years ago and it wouldn't have made any difference if I was on a 10 speed or the busa, you can't control the ones around you. So ATGATT and enjoy.
