I would ASSume from what you said that you have #20 nitrous jets in your fogger nozzles. What size are the fuel jets?
Keep in mind that different outside temps will cause flucuations in the "tune" of the nitrous, i.e., the hotter the bottle, the higher the pressure - hence more nitrous as opposed to fuel. That is why successful nitrous pilots pay close attention to bottle pressure. Do you have a pressure gauge on the bottle? Consider running a pressure-controlled bottle heater that keeps your bottle at a consistent pressure. Get the bike dyno-tuned, get the nitrous itself dyno-tuned as well. Find out what the A/F is when you hit the nitrous. Make sure you have at least -2 degrees pulled when the nitrous is used!
