I have noticed that there are some things out there that would never have flown a year ago; it is a little strange to me that they are here now. One of the things that people seemed to have liked was that the board was relatively clean; we didn't have all of the scantily clad lady pics for starters. There were actually a couple of reasons for this:
a. Some people look at the .oRg at work (hard to imagine I know) - let's assume it is on breaks
2. Some people look at the .oRg with thier wives/girlfriends/husbands, kids, etc. ...
c. We have women as oRgsters as well as men (we do, I promise)... if you pay close enough attention, you can hear the sharks swimming everytime a new woman signs up.
Anyway, a long story, slightly less long:
I am asking for your help. I have seen a few signatures and thread pics that in my opinion don't, pass the "CAp's Mother In Law" test; so I am asking you to take them down. Easiest way to think of it is that if there is no bike in the pic with a bikini clad woman, probably not an appropriate pic. Truely, a bike in the pic doesn't legitimize it, but at least frames context.
If I see it, I will ask you privately to take it/them down; if you do not, I will help you remove it/them.
Some of you will undoubtedly be adverse to this- if you have comments/questions, then fire them off. I am fairly certain that this thread won't surprise anyone who has ever met me.
