torque spec for bolts clamping forks?

I am gonna lower the front end today and just need to know the torque on the lower and upper bolts clamping on the forks.
(i thought it was pretty low that is why i wanted to make sure i didn't tighten the piss out of it)

In case you miss the reply in the other forum you posted this in, it's 16.5 lb-ft for both lower and upper triple clamp...
